The hotel falls short of the 5-star standard with disappointing rooms, but Marta Kowalkow stands out as a 5-star team member. The rooms are not up to par, with broken tiles and lack of soundproofing. The price is high for small rooms with poor amenities like a noisy TV. Marta Kowalkow provides exceptional service.
The hotel is located right on a busy street next to bars and restaurants, offering a perfect setting for beach lovers. The rooms are a bit outdated and noisy, with morning disturbances from the garbage collection.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fine, very clean, and offered a good view of the sea, although they felt a bit dated and dark due to the north-facing direction. It would have been better if there was a kettle in the room for tea and coffee since many guests, like myself, expect this basic amenity.
The hotel is right on the beachfront, which is fantastic, but the street noise from the garbage car every morning can be quite disruptive. The location is perfect with all amenities nearby, though the beach is a tad rocky. The dining experience had excellent options but lacked freshness at times.

The service was very friendly overall, although there was an issue with the credit card. The dining experience was impressive despite some temporary closures. Good for exploring nearby attractions if you have a car.
